It is time again for the Alkota Sales Convention! Our meeting will take place September 20-23rd, 2026 in Downtown Omaha Nebraska.
This year you can look forward to an overview of our top and new equipment, meet our vendor partners, network with other Alkota Distributors from around the globe, and join us in recognizing our top distributors, all while enjoying the lively Old Market, downtown Omaha.
As in years past, your main expense is traveling to the event. Alkota will be providing Rooms, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday nights. We will also be providing meals during this timeframe.
NEW THIS YEAR – you will now manage your own hotel reservations directly through the hotel. See below or the registration page for the Alkota Event link where you can book your accommodation type, dates, additional rooms, and more. Need updates after booking? The hotel will manage any changes or updates needed for your reservation directly.

Travel/Flights
The venue is a short 10 minute drive or ride from the Omaha Airport, Eppley Airfield (OMA). We are not providing a shuttle, but ride share or taxi services are available.
Parking – Alkota guests will receive a discounted parking rate of $15 per day.
NEW for this event, Alkota is NOT managing the hotel booking. We have a link for you to book your own rooms for the stay at the discounted Alkota Rate.
NOTE: The default date range is Saturday 19th-Wednesday 23rd (4 nights) If you select this, you will be responsible for Saturday nights stay. Alkota will cover the remaining nights. Credit Card and Contact Info is required to finish booking. You will not charged. You will only be charged if you have additional rooms upon arrival and to cover incidentals for the room(s).
Booking Deadline – Monday, August 20th, 2026 – After this date we do not guarantee a room at the Embassy Suites or a discounted rate.
